Exactly what i thought, they would have to have had permission from the club to speak to him, unless of course VT had given them the go ahead which i very much doubt, so in that case are they not breaking the FA rules????

I still think Malky is on his way out, Yes he turned down Palace but the radio are saying the club gave Palace permission to talk to Malky.
