How is that so idiotic? They are finding a better balance than us at the moment for sure.
Theyve gone away to newcastle, took it to them and beat them whereas we played Newcastle at home and went all defensive and lost the game?
Even in defeat against Man City and Chelsea away they took the game to them, and were very unlucky not to get a point, possibly all 3 against City. Whereas we deserved f**k all at places like Villa and Norwich because of such a negative mindset where we didnt even make their keeper work.
I also mentioned West Brom who have beaten Man U away and but for a ridiculous 96th minute decision would have beaten Chelsea away.
But according to some on here football is played on reputation so how dare West Brom go to these places and attack

no i agree totally, its frustrating that we cant seem to "have a go" at these sides. Villa was by no means the "easy three points" some on here have suggested, but looking at how the game panned out, pretty much every side in the division have individuals who can do something special like Bakuna did, if that happens then we are basically screwed because we struggle to score goals.

We pretended to celebrate the goals,I saw us lose 6-1 at Port Vale and we sang George Woods name at the end of the game and clapped our team off

And they have played at home to west ham, villa, us, norwich and sunderland. 5 games we would all be classing as winnable. Think its 3 wins 2 draws isnt it?
In contrast all our home games have been against top of of the table sides, Newcastle was a little disappointing but apart from that we still have all the teams who will be around us to play at home. Away to the top sides doesnt matter as u cant expect your points from those games.
And despite their rather easy run of fixtures at home they have scored the same amount of goals as us, needed an own goal and 2 red cards to beat sunderland, and have scored a couple of penalties too.
I see no reason we wont finish above them this season
