A great idea but it is more about personalities than the objective.
The sad thing is marches etc will not make an impact. The sit in after the jacks game was a good idea but needed a lot more bodies than was there.
But the truth is the club will not be back tracking on this red shit as our future has been decided and red it is, But we as fans can do our bit to protect our identity by not wearing the red and keeping tbe ground blue is the way to piss Tan off. That way its a visual not even Tan and Lim can suppress.

)harrasment.whatever bu achieve thay have stopped the fear factor concerning protesting.whilst i like the tee shirts with i didnt have to sell my soul -i can understand some fans who are very reluctant reds not liking it.one more thought, very soon it wouldnt surprise me if vinny t goes the whole hog and changes the name of the club to dragons or something equally daft.who will be around to galvanise support if bu fold?bu will be needed by the vast majority of fans very soon imo.the more extrme tans behavior the more people will see that bu represent the only organised opposition to the mad emperor

Jeff, The name CARDIFF CITY can be on anything u want, no copyright on it, there is on Cardiff City FC.
Turning up at games wearing BLUE is in my opinion like Nukes says and Ive always believed the best and biggest protest of all and its increasing match by match![]()

Totally agree Nukes (thats twice ive said that in the past 6 months now and its getting weird).
The way BU belittle the fans they needed to join them meant it was mission impossible for them.
Never liked the groups attitude and its no surprise Tan ignores them, which is silly as its the complete opposite they needed.
The "I don't need to sell my soul" slogan and merchandise was pretty much the nail in the coffin for a ;lot of people I've spoke with. Id rather just wear my own blue top with City's real badge on it.

BigGwynram wrote:Great post and this was something I said at the very first meeting when the news was given to us. The man is a loose cannon and those close to him can't even second guess him, I hear he is so stubborn he really will cut his own nose off to spite his face and he will do whatever it takes to prevent what he's see's as being trumped.
My view from the start was to thank him for the investment, and then turn up to every game wearing blue, not as a protest, just to show it means a lot to us and to show the sacrifice it was giving up the blue, but for a price worth paying in the majority's eyes.
All the calls for not buying season tickets, not buying programmes, not buying food and drink etc. would just hit the finances of the club, yes his club, his finances but that's how it works and we would be hurting our own club's chances as I seen it, and still do.
I don't think he got into this for the money, more a case for massaging his ego, and prestige, how much more money does the man need? it's all about being seen as successful and having the "Midas touch" well I think now he realises there's no business like football business, let alone show business.
Well let's allow him the prestige of making us a top club, let's allow him to make money, but by taking the simple action of supporting the team fully but not singing songs about red, or his name and wearing blue, it will have an affect.
We don't need to drive him out, he'll go of his own accord if he can't get his own way totally, and I think that is finally starting to hit home to him, he can't afford to fail, and not in monetary terms, more in getting his own way fully.
It could all have been so different, it wasn't and it is what it is, so make the most of it before the good times pass you by.

Tan will run the show but the guy buying In is a real fruitcake. And this guy loves the red and wants a totally red club and he would not invest if it wasn't. There is not a cat in hells chance of going back to blue at the moment unless some extremely rich City fan buys them out. And that aint gonna happen chief
