Last Night I was told to go f**k a sheep.

At fist he called me an "English c**t"

Would this be classed as racism?

I've reported it and the CCTV and Audio will be pulled,but I was told that it would just a be abuse and not classed as racism.

But surely that's a derogatory remark based in my nationality, racism?

If I was African and he had told me to go jump on a banana boat or something like that,there wouldnt be two ways about it.

it should be racism and you are within your rights to complain, ignore the xenophobia argument because in British Law everything is covered under the term racism.

He's committed an offence under the Public Order Act of 1986 (By the use of the words F**k & C**t in public) and as he aimed it at you down to his perceived belief that you were English and then Welsh, it would be perceived to be racist!

In short, as he committed a Public Order offence, if you perceive his abuse to be racially motivated, then the Scottish Police will have to treat the complaint as racially motivated!
