PM Messages staying in outbox not sending

Can anyone explain why when i sned or reply to inbox message its staying in outbox and not sending ?

Was gonna say PM owain but obviously you can't. If they're in the outbox thingy just send them again.

Ive tried keep going into outbox

They stay in the outbox until they've been read.

Once they've been opened they'll show in your sent items.
