Does anyone believe we will use any of our wingers or winger this season ? As ws play with 5 central midfielders. Craig Conway gone on loan and Noone not used as unfortunately he is a natural winger.
But love the Malky song. Perhaps we can change the words to :
Please Mr Mackay Malky Mackay I just dont think you'll understand
Can we have a winger for one game
Then we'll have a win on our hands

I was questioning the lack of wingers too!
Personally, I love Gunnar but I don't think he is cut out for this league.
We should be giving Noone a shot on the wing. Perhaps Malky is waiting him to bulk up though as he struggled to muscle through the Championship defenders and kept falling over..
However, his crosses are pin-point and created the majority of goals from crosses last season I'm sure..

baffles me why Conway was allowed to leave or even dropped from the squad when malky failed to get a winger in, yes to some fans eyes Conway is not premier quality but he is the most complete winger we got, can track back and defend got hell of a cross on him and a good shot on him aswell, but we all know malkys just likes to flood the centre of mid field to close the space down then give the ball back and try it again, I think its a mini game malkys plays with his coaches how many times can the opposition press us and we can clear the ball back to them

Our formation doesn't have wingers. It basically has a LM and RM.

There is too much whinging on here as it is..............leave the whingers where they are.
