20000 plus fans feeding Tan by paying to watch the game in the stadium at every home game.. Wearing blue ,pink or whatever other colour makes you no different to anyone else in financial terms.

I never said it did make a difference in financial terms as a lack of income stream from the fanbase would never threaten Tan in the slightest. However choosing not to adopt a red rebrand by opposing Tans will not go unoticed especially as it has attracted the worlds press. He is already totally uncomfortable with the issue and cant even bring himself to comment on it. How embarrased must Tan be to watch our away support on tv mostly wearing blue or to watch our home games and not see red as the dominant colour.Threatening Tans ego is far more effective than pretending we can threaten his wallet. :ayatollah:

Sam nearly put us out of business. Wanted us to wear green, changed our badge, wanted us to move from the city. Nearly bankrupt us by borrowing money to himself, and telling everyone he didn't. In the grand scheme of things, a change of shirt colour and a meteoric change in fortune seems a good trade off. Would be nice to be in blue though. ;)

Chuckles arguements always follow the same routine:

Normal Poster - Makes a point

Chuckles - Jumps on it immediately

Normal poster - Refutes chuckles claims.

Chuckles - Repeats first point

times 10.

Chuckles reports every post in thread and cries to the moderators.

It will stop when Jinks realises that he's being a hypocrite when he has a pop at people against the rebrand and tan still going to games now, as he still went despite being against Sam.

Just pointing out a few things. Us fans against the rebrand get so much stick for still going, yet whenever these fans disagreed with the club about something (Hammam, Ridsdale etc.) they still went themselves.

Balancing it out.

I hate debating about the rebrand cause its been done to death, but:

When we first had our colour changed, I was fuming, then I thought about it and the potentiol financial stability the club could get, I accept it. Reluctantly, naturally. But as I saw them play, it was bewildering to watch (not just on about the football ;) ). Then the more statements Tan made I thought, "here we go again". Just another rollercoaster.

It's actually starting to put me off football. I used to love watching football, didnt go much when I was younger but started to go more and more and loved it. But now, it's just one big business. £86mil for Bale is an example for that, Hull's new name sounding like a Rugby League club, Man Sheiks and Chavski snapping up players by flashing their cash, it disgusts me.

But, for some reason, I still support Cardiff, why? It's because my family supports them, when I get a chance to go, I go with my mates and enjoy it. I'm starting to lean towards wanting Tan out. The way hes running the club, its a mockery.

Anyway, sorry to bore you with that inane story, just felt like saying it and I'm bored of looking for a job and finding f**k all.

I know exactly how you feel mate... It's a very emotive subject. One day you can "put up" with it & others it's something that makes your blood boil (normally after another Tan gaffe! :laughing6: )

Good luck on the job front mate.. It's not an easy market out there ATM. :(

Cheers mate, getting fed up of my current job. Need a new start, specially after getting fucked around with the armed forces, which I may try again.
