Championship players

Southampton looking the real deal near the top of Premiership, they only have a couple of seasons of experience and have regular performers including Clyne, Steven Davies, Cork, Lambert, Lalana, Rodriguez & others. (All ex Championship players)
Is there a chance some of our Championship players could come good in the same way?
It's convinced me that Noone has got to be worth at least a try off the bench for starters and Mutch and Kimbo also need more game time, they are 3 players who can and will take a man on.
What do you reckon?

Kimbo , mutch , noone , mason , gunnarsson , whitts will make it IMO given enough time
Harris is debatable
Smith , cowie , Conway , gestede , Maynard , brayford , ralls , mcnaughton all need to be replaced even though I like a few of them

I'm not sure about Gunnarson at the moment, but have high hopes that both Harris & Ralls come back with something to offer although they may need another season?

The problem with ralls is that nobody seems to know his true position .
He played left and right back for us , then attacking mid then defensive mid . A player of his age needs to settle and learn a position then master it not be thrown all over the pitch .
I think he hit his level and sadly that is a good championship player . Hopefully I'm proven wrong

Kimbo. Mutch, Whitts, Turner, Marshall, Taylor. These Championship players have a chance. Caulker, Medel, Theopile, Campbell, Bellamy, Cornelius?? these players are already up to standard. Have I missed anybody?

Started a thread on this subject the other day as this subject intriques me.

Personally I can see us being a totally different team of players if we survive this season. Who will be around still that would have been around since Malky arrived? Whitt possible, Marshall the favourite to survive, Gunnarson a good chance, Mutch showing potential, Turner I reckon so and Cowie who has surprised me. Even so it would not surprise me if they are on the cards to be replaced once we are more established.

This time in 2 seasons I reckon only Marshall and Turner will be the remaining players who lifted the Championship title.
