Great to see him doin well, anyone know how Ralls is doin?
Sun Nov 10, 2013 12:46 pm
What a goal

Great talent for sure I think he will become a top championship player, who knows maybe get a break in the premiership. when hes given time on the ball he will tear you down. but in a tight and physical premier league we would have to see how it effects his game

Great to see him do well.

Something we are crying out for. School boy error by malky and his team.

There aint one. It'd have been stupid to chuck him straight into a prem team. This loan move was the right one for him.

Great strike!

Ralls starting all the time for yeovil scored 1 as well all good gametime, nugent hardly makes the bench tho for brentford

Agree SK.great loan move! Brentford play good football.no coincedence they have been on a good run too since he joined them! Even their no2 said he has been great for them.long may it continue for kadeem, well til jan anyway!hope he comes back and gets a chance with us.to chuck him in could have set him way back in his developement, this way he can learn and develop further than being in our'e dev.squad.he is getting invaluable match fitness and experience.I wish him good luck.

How would it be stupid to put him straight in a Premier League team? It worked fine for plenty of players. Aaron Lennon being one. You'll never know just how good he is unless he gets the chance to prove it.

Giving him this move is perfect. Shows us all what he can do, and more specifically Malky. He's only on loan until January too.

Personal I disagree, he is the type of player we are crying out for. A direct pacey winger. And from what I can see he is our current best chance (apart from noone not sure Whats happening there) the kids been on fire and deserved a place on the bench as he could change games. O beleive he needed to be given a chance.

A good decision by malky.he knows what he can do,but realises he needed to do it playing first team football, albeit in leaugue1,he seems to be doing the business, lets hope he continues his fine form with them, comes back in jan kicking malkys door in,amd provide us with what we are lacking out wide.

He is breaking into the team and performing, really great to see. He won a penalty in the one game where they won 1-0 and came on and scored in a 3-1 win. I think he scored 3 now.

What!?
He scored a sensational goal, yes.. But against Staines... 79 places below Brentford in the leagues
He didn't play for us in the championship
Noone can't get in the team
Conway was sent off to Brighton on loan
Kadeem has no premier league or championship experience, he's done well, but at DVP level
He needs a few small clubs this year, a full season loan in the championship next year, then given his chance
Why you would think Malky is wrong here is beyond me

You need to realise that there's a huge jump between League One standard and Premier League standard. He hasn't proved himself yet. He needs to be sent out on loan to the Championship where he's starting every game before he gets anywhere near our first team.
He's one for the future, not the present.

You cant go putting kids with no first team experience into a pl team? We tried it once with ben davies and look how that turned out!
Mon Nov 11, 2013 8:36 am
Like I've been saying on the bench. We don't have that type of player in our sqaud regardless of experience. If he's the only option we have to that type of player he needs to be around.

Agree with this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ appreciate the lad is still learning but I think to start a game on the bench and use him if required ................has so much potential - needs a chance to show it

Anybody that has seen him play knows that he not only has pace and skills he is also strong.
Plenty of players are given their chance in the prem without going on loan; Januzaj, Sterling (both younger, smaller and less experienced)
We are lacking pacey wingers, so why not give a chance to someone that we have instead of looking elsewhere. (Montoya, Ince)
Whats saying Harris couldn't do it if given the chance?

But Aaron Lennon had played a number of games for Leeds before he signed for Spurs hadn't he ?
