When Is the Best Time To Introduce Our Young Talent?

I'd love to see some of our young and up and coming players make the first team squad, after watching a few of our players play for the DV team there are a few that could possibly make the step up.

Kadeem Harris is banging them in and is in very good form, but currently on loan. Rhys Healey is looking excellent along with Declan John who has already briefly made an appearance early on in the season.

I would love to Harris or Healey to be introduced towards the end of a game, say the last 15 mins and see if they can make the step up, plenty of players before them have made a debut at a very young age and you'll never know they may make a big impact and get us a much important goal!!

I have to say that the future does look bright with some of the players we have coming through. Exciting times ahead.

Yeah I fully expect them to get a run out in the cup games along with the majority of the fringe players, but when we're struggling for goals in open play do we give one of the guys a chance?
