it,s a fact that it goes on aboard.usually on innocent fans too.how many times have we read lately of uk fans getting ambushed by ultra,s?the uk fans attacked-spurs and arsenal to name but two were hardly lads either,very cowardly in my opinion.

This. The underlying problems are the causative factors and people lash out through football.
