Do we have the two worst message boards out there??

One message board you now can't access properly from a PC because it has some god awful advertising banners down each side of the page that cuts off the threads, only one word for it simply 'Pathetic'
Then the other message board takes posters threads at will and edits them into a complete mess. This results in not knowing what has been honestly said or not, resulting in a complete loss of any integrity, one word to describe that message board simply 'Pathetic'

I use Adblock and have no prob with the Mike Morris site adverts

I would say he has a valid point. A forum is meant to be a place to air your views. There's nothing more frustrating than having those views edited or deleted by moderators. It will just lead down the slippery slope of obscurity.

I'm not whinging, I'm pointing out fact. My message entitled "Malky reassures Cardiff fans of his future" which contained a link to the BBC article that contained direct quotes from Malky, was then altered by a mod, which cut and paste the article and did not acknowledge or credit where the article came from-the BBC. This is wrong in two ways 1. My post should have not been interfered with 2. By using this cut and paste method, with no credit, it takes away the substance from the content. It could have been from Dai Hunt! Or even worse Annis and Carl! So stop with the uneducated editing of threads, ok

On Mikes site, not only is most of the content within the messages quite boring these days, but that's just a personal opinion, the format has become diabolical because of the commercial element that has affected the layout, try to access it from a desk top and the ads cover the left hand side of the threads, so they can't be read! I am not against adverts and revenue, but when it affects so blatantly then something is very wrong. I have an ad blocker, but don't see that I should have to find another ad blocker, just to access the basic elements of a message board.
