Half of these clowns need to take a leaf out of malky's book. Coleman and hartson for starters earning a badge doesn't make you a good manager its about being in touch with people individually and understanding the dynamics of a football player.
Malky applies this approach to our team and training set up. and so a handful of others in the premier league.
Overall most are clowns. Even Mourihno is out of touch these days
