Luckily walking past the ground to go back to the train station managed to see him.
First thing he said was 'You happy?'
Also said the supporters are class and right up there in the league with noise and following.. also likes the chant we have.
Proper gent and he is settling in well here and grateful he had a new start.. seemed like what happened in January really got him down than you think!

For the life of me I can't remember how his chant goes. I know it's du du du, Peter Odemwingie. But I just can't remember the tune. What song is it?

Met him before in Birmingham when he was an Albion player. He is a very humble and down to Earth bloke. I knew for a fact he wasn't the sole reason for that deadline day fiasco yet he took all of the flak for it. Every time he played for them he played with his heart and his work rate was exceptional and he is a very dedicated player. Its easy to see why Malky wanted him and was willing to even pay for what he did for him at his age now. To me its a bargain given the extra dimension he adds to our game.
