"Atmosphere"

I've read a lot about atmosphere the last few weeks and plenty of threads on the subject since yesterdays game.
I spoke to my mate after the game and he said the atmosphere sounded poor 1st half but was good 2nd half on tele.

I suppose it depends what you want from an atmosphere. I've said before and I say it again I honestly don't want an atmosphere like crystal palace where it's more like a choir and no matter what is happening on the pitch they keep singing cpfc cpfc etc.

It may not have been loud singing in the first 20 minutes yesterday but there was plenty of hatred and intimidation factor coming from the stands and I'm convinced a few of the swansea players didn't fancy it.

Each to his own but I'd much rather an atmosphere with proper intimidation than a choir sing song.

I think everyone was too nervous in the first half. It was a bit too tense.

Completely different to the Man City game where we were massive underdogs.
