Which way will Tan go ?

Mon Nov 04, 2013 5:24 pm

Despite Tans efforts of red scarf bribery and his further attemps to erradicate the blue, the majority colour worn by fans is still blue. This situation seems ridiculous in that our team play in red yet red is still not the dominant colour worn by the fans. Tan will now have 2 choices. He either accepts that he is unlikely to acheive his red ambition and gives in or he throws money at the problem big time and goes on another red givaway offensive. Any thoughts on how Tan will play it ? :ayatollah:

Anyone who thinks he will 'give in' is deluding themseslves, I'm afraid

I know some won't agree and I'm not 'having a go' at anyones right to disagree with some of what has occurred (particularly with the colour change) as I don't agree with lots of it myself; but nothing we say/do will genuinely influence Tan short of a 'walk out' and (being honest) those who would do that have had the courage of their convictions and already done so :(

Im not suggesting Tan will give in but he must frustrated that red has not been accepted as the majority colour by fans. He does not strike me as a man who will let the situation continue hence asking posters what they think will be his next move ?

He needs a suitable way out, which could come from engaging with fans. Perhaps a joint statement from the club and supporters groups to provide genuine options to fans in regards to colours.

In the meantime, City fans should continue to be proud of our real colours, because they are ours.
