I was told yesterday that Tottenham may be sniffing about in the summer to sign Medel... I guess we will have to wait and see but I really hope it's not true!

No why would they need another DM? They got three already

A contract extension now would be a good idea. Seems like he has really bought into our club though and good to see him and Malky have a little kiss at the end as Gary obviously wasn't happy at being taken off at Norwich

Football is what it is, hes openly said he wants to move to a bigger club cardiff is a stepping stone, come on lets be honest no exageration the guy is World Class he is one of the best DM in the world in his position.

There is no way we can keep hold of him unless we match his ambition this summer and he stays for 2 seasons and the 2nd season we finish in the top 7

It wouldn't surprise me if he stays another season after this one - I think he's a sensible bloke and would prefer to play week in week out and Cardiff rather than warm the bench half the time in a bigger club...

Most people didn't think we had a chance of signing Caulker in the first place and most had never heard of Medel. I agree with the poster who said they think they will stay for another season if we stay up.
