The only shine that was taken off that win was that it weren't done by the team playing in blue!!!

Where have I not given credit to the players or Malky..? Sorry but even through it was a fantastic win it would have been a better feeling if the team were wearing blue. If you don't agree then fine but its how I feel.

Cardiff City 1-0 Swansea City.

Whilst it would have been wonderful to win in blue that's what tomorrow's morning papers and the history books will record. I am extremely proud of Malky and the players for their efforts and discipline.

If anything, Bluebirds Unite couldn't have picked a worse day to hold a protest on as we've just won and anything they do will be overshadowed by us winning the derby now. Do they not plan in advance or think any of these ideas through or what the outcome in any likely scenario could be? Im guessing they don't and just think of an idea, everyone says its great and then they just run with it. More planning and thinking is needed if they want to be effective in their efforts.

Good on them. We need blue back big time. It's more important to us die hards then success.

Cardiff fans display 'Tan Out' banner during derby win as ill-feeling towards owner continues
3 Nov 2013 19:14
Steven Caulker's goal ensured Cardiff fans have bragging rights over their Welsh neighbours but some fans still aren't happy with their Tan

Cardiff City supporters will be feeling pretty good tonight following their 1-0 win over rivals Swansea, but some home supporters took the opportunity to protest against owner Vincent Tan, displaying a 'Tan Out' banner during today's game.

The Malaysian owner has proven a divisive figure since taking control of the Welsh club, despite leading them to the top division, and investing heavily on players over the summer, like Gary Medel and derby match winner Steven Caulker.

However, the 61-year-old billionaire has drew the ire of supporters in numerous ways - from changing the club's kit from blue to red, incorporating a dragon on the crest rather than a bluebird and recently sacking the club's head of recruitment Iain Moody and replacing him with unknown 23-year-old Alisher Apsalyamov, a friend of one of his sons.

As such, rumours continue to swirl concerning the future of coach Malky Mackay, who led the club to the Championship title last season and it would seem some supporters have had enough of their owner.

Indeed, some Cardiff fans were urging fellow Bluebirds to stay behind after today's match to vent their fury at the billionaire further.

A Bluebirds Unite message read: “After the final whistle, like-minded fans are encouraged to walk to the Canton Stand and stay there to chant pro-blue/anti-Tan chants.

“We need to make ourselves known to Vincent Tan.”
