Definitely one of the best British managers about now, playing 3-5-2 today, not afraid to mix things up and try different things and different tactics,not sure how this system will fair against arsenal mind.. But it would be good for malky to try different things and tactics like Rogers does, shame he has to be so cautious all the time because this is what lets him down as a manager imo

He was pretty much forced to change it because he had injuries.

That's f**k all.....Gus Poyet went 3-4-1 after two players were sent off today.
