BigGwynram wrote:There are concerns regarding smoke bombs and pyrotechnics being let off during Sundays game, this problem is creeping into British Football and the authorities are taking strong action to stamp it out and severely punish those caught or involved.
To prevent such likelihood certain matches will be targeted with a lot of police sniffer dogs present, and Sunday's game is one of these for obvious reasons, tense passionate game with a huge worldwide audience, so you can understand the Football League and police will take all measures needed to try and prevent anything bad taking place.
Now these sniffer dogs are trained not just to sniff out pyrotechnics, but also illicit substances, so to those that partake, be warned and keep clean and let's hope we have a great day, great result and no trouble or arrests.

Do you mean this comment Now these sniffer dogs are trained not just to sniff out pyrotechnics, but also illicit substances, so to those that partake,
Because I'm sure it's correct, these dogs are trained to sniff out many substances, bombs, drugs, even money, doesn't say anywhere that one dog does all three, not that I know either way, and not that bothered to be honest.
I am pretty sure that if they are bringing specially trained dogs, some will sniff out some things and some will sniff out other things, there has been recent occasions where City fans were caught by dogs at the grounds and this has led to conviction for drug possessions.
So to answer your question, my comment was not incorrect, but possibly your assumption that I was reffering to one dog doings all tasks was.![]()
But I'm sure your pedantic, approach will be appreciated by the readers of this board and give them further proof of your attempts at cheap point scoring.

The red or dead comments amongst others and now your latest is sniffer dogs are all trained for everything under the sun. I would put money on the toilets being packed out with sniffers tomorrow and if so then your theory would be wrong.
