Thank gawd for that, really hope he provides us with another quality option up front, we are crying out for a target man

The irony if he did such a thing - and I hope he does!

Let's hope Malky brings him into some of these games now and he shows us what he's made of... We're lacking someone who can hold the ball without getting knocked off it ;)

I really hope he does turn out to be a gem and not a flocp, coming off the bench and scoring the winner tomorrow would be a great start

Would love to see him in action even after all the hype! :ayatollah:

Do you think he'll be on the bench?

Malky normally gets injured players involved in the development team as a start of their comeback.

Apparently he has a very good chance of taking a place on the bench , he is fully fit and been very impressive in training :ayatollah:
He was fit for Norwich but wasn't risked .

Let's be fair, none of us know the level of Cornelius yet...

But, its given me a lift just reading that he could make the bench. As mentioned already, we need something different up front and the script is written for him to score the winner coming off the bench!!

Just by having a target up front, their back 4 will have something to think about. As things stand, its as if as long as the opposition play the offside trap then we don't pose much threat.

Odemwingie is getting there mind.

Hopefully, we'll see Noone and Cornelius coming of the Bench.

I thought that Cornelius would be back for this game, can see him coming off the bench along with Noone to give us that extra height up top with a view of holding the ball up. Noone to provide the crosses particularly if need a goal.

It would be nice to give opposition defences something to think about rather than being very predictable. Lets hope that Cornelius is up for the Premier League and that he can supply us with some goals this season. :malky:

Just fantastic that he is back and fit, we've needed another option, will he get any game time tomorrow ????

Interesting I hope he gets at least a place on the bench and some time late on, but maybe this is too bigger a game for a Premier League debut ???

Can you just imagine...instant legend?? :ayatollah:

I don't know what would be better; the goal itself or the hasty retractions of comments from some on here who have never seen him play but decided he was a waste of money! :laughing6: :laughing6:

Wont see the best of him for a month or so. But great news to hear he is finally fit. :ayatollah:

This is good news. Also, Noone was standout at the Millwall DVP game, tricky, pacey and creative but got a knock. If both of them get game time tomorrow it will be very interesting. Cannot fecking wait. :ayatollah:

That's true, needs to get a few games behind him, for us to see if he is any good.

He comes with a good pedigree, and a decent scoring record. Still young and looks strong enough to adapt to the physical aspects of the Premier League. Should go well. :ayatollah: Time will tell.

Be excited to see how he does. Just remember, he's still young and has potential. :ayatollah:

Won't be on the bench.. too early, but would've been useful to ruffle a few feathers amongst the JB's defenders.

Very encouraging to hear he's been very impressive in training. I think providing he fulfils his potential and finds his feet now in the premier league hes got all the attributes to be a star

hes not match fit?

Re: ' Cornelius fit and ready to go '

Sat Nov 02, 2013 9:14 pm

Only one way to get match fit ;) If hes really looking good in training, stick him in and say give it everything for half an hour 45 mins, then come off. Jacks will know little of him and suprise them, otherwise we are too predictable.

I believe its too soon to play Cornelius, he needs some game time in reserves to build his match fitness.

Lets not make the same mistake in a derby game like we did with Danny Drinkwater.
