Both are City fans of many years' standing, and I'm genuinely sad that they have stopped going.
The OP seems very excited at the prospect of seeing Manchester United and Arsenal. Fair enough, but watching Cardiff City is the main thing. This era will pass, like every other. Enjoy it while it lasts, but afterwards we need all true City fans to be still on board.
Nobody gains when a member of the Cardiff City family leaves. We are stronger together, especially when we have to battle for the very soul of our club. The Bluebirds!

However, following his numerous rants and sometimes childish posts against the club and some fans, I personally lost respect for him. As someone has just said, this era like all others will pass, tan will go, Malky will go, Cardiff will still be here in some form and as we do now, we will be supporting them. All the politics mean feck all on the match day, for that 90 minutes it's about the 11 players on the pitch, fighting our cause. I have not had many better days than at Fulham, where 4000 went ballistic and sang in the pubs after, that is what it's all about

I agree tbh, I get more excited about a team ive not played before than one ive seen before especially on away days.
For example im more interested in going to Everton than I would be Arsenal or Liverpool because ive already been.

Yes, it's bizarre missing the first Welsh derby in the premier league - as eighteen months ago it would have been an occasion I'd have dreamed off! Can't say that i have any regrets, whatsoever, though. I wanted no part of Tan's lunacy a year and a half ago and nothing has changed.
It's great to see more and more fans waking up to just what a bully and crazy owner Tan is. I look forward to the day when he slings his hook. Like other boycotters, I hope to return one day, when our traditional identity is restored

Respect Mr Sherwood
I feel like quitting regularly - but then that Cnut Tan wins.
Clemons never beat me, Ridsdale never beat me And no two bit dime store billionnaire is going to either.
The only thing that tw*t gets off me is my ST. And I take my payment of said ST as supporting the wages of our team and manager.

Bringing it down to that level, it seems "a bit silly" to spend countless thousands of pounds watching total strangers with little or no connection to South Wales kicking around a bag of air
