HELP - Embedding videos into a post?

Would one of you techie posters please explain how this is done?

I've sought online answers and am still none the wiser.

Right, you need the video reference from the youtube link...

It's found after v=....... In the web address eg. V=ds3fhe2_r

You then take the code after the =, place it in the reply box, highlight it and click the youtube button on the tool bar above this... It's the far right button after font colour.
