Both clubs charged

Norwich City and Cardiff City are both charged by the Football Association for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion when the clubs met last Saturday. The game at Carrow Road ended in a goalless draw. Both clubs have until 1800 on 4 November to respond to the charge.
