" Chris Coleman and Tony Pullis " BUT

Wed Oct 30, 2013 12:11 am

Chris Colleman is now favourite for Palace Job, that would be perfect in one way, gone from Wales and Palace down, But then that would leave Pullis waiting around for Cardiff job if we go by what the Daily Mail said this week, there is one bit of good news Palace also strongly want Tony Pullis .

Tan meets Malky after the Jack game to discuss the future.

Coleman and Palace makes sence as he was an ex player of the eagles.

Can't see how Pullis would be a "Big Name" for Tan after the Shearer fiasco we had before.

We/Tan needs to back his man who got us to the premier league wearing the lucky red kit last season.

Malky will be gone if we lose. It's so obvious.

Interesting times. But after Fulham losing yesterday, I can see Pulis having one eye on that job if it comes up.

One part of me is thinking.... Is Tony Pulis waiting for Malky to get the boot , so he can secure a top flight job close to his family?

Shoot me down please, I'm obviously way off!

i agree. Cant deny the class of the man, and also a very good manager who is still young and learning.

After watching the debacle at Norwch though i cant help but feel we might need something more at this moment in time.

Also, i would hope Pulis would take the Wales job. would be perfect for what we need.

Coleman going to Palace would be ideal, anything to get him away from Wales.

I dont see Tan wanting Pulis, I dont see the logic in that if im honest, Tan would want a Name manager.

Lets hope form picks up and Malky can stay :malky:

The Palace owner said they want someone who's young with Premier League experience and has Palace connections.

Coleman fits the bill....

Never see personally how an ex player makes sense. Think its bollocks myself. Certainly doesn't make him best man for the job.

Tan wants success he's seen what happened at Southampton etc, Sundays game could possibly be vital to MM.

agree...........if Tan isnt happy..is it results or style of play...............i really dont see this as a results thing.......its more he doesnt understand why he has spent all this money and we look dour.........Pullis is almost like for like..yes he would most likely keep us up...and is in his own way a very good manager, it wasnt results that got him the sack either.

The 'model' in the Prem seems to be act sooner rather than later. I definitely think that if City are in, say, the bottom 4/5 at the end of the year, Tan will already have MM's successor ready to take over in the new year when the window re-opens.

I also think that it's the results that have influenced Tan, but equally the way MM has set out the side to 'play', plus the fact that our new signings aren't 'delivering', as MM probably said they would.

In Malky I trust. I wouldn't really be too happy with a Pulis team.

I think it may be worth a bet Pulis as next City manager. Tan seems dead set on getting shot of Malky

If we lose this game sunday i fear MM will get the sack, i hope it doesn't come to that

Coleman and Hartson the dream team for Palace :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Best scenario is for Coleman to get the Palace job and Pulis gets offered the Wales job.
