General tickets

Can anyone tell me........do match day tickets go on general sale these days?? Big games I know it be impossible to purchase, online eticketing don't show home games so I was wondering what's the policy in obtaining one. Cheers!

They do go on general sale, but you need to be a gold or silver member. £40 and £30. Not certain, but the gold memberships may be sold out by now, (5000 limit). There was no limit for silver members. Gold get priority, then silver.

They go pretty quick, as you would imagine. My sister, niece, and nephew have gold memberships. They have managed to get tickets every time they have tried, so far.

Best check with the ticket office. There are set dates when each game goes on sale.

Come to think of it, I think that some went on a more general sale for the Newcastle game, so long as the ticket office had a record of previous sales.

if you go on the day there must be returns .... theres always people who cant go last min

Thanks for that. I popped into the ticket office today, you bang on. Gold members are gone but silver are left. Apparently only the jacks game the silver members haven't been able to get a ticket. I thought being a season ticket holder I be able to get a ticket as I have done for many years....looks like the old mans Xmas pressie is socks this year!
