UNBELIEVABLE

Mon Oct 28, 2013 6:58 pm

Not even 2 and a half seasons into the job with a Wembley appearance where we were beaten on penalties by Liverpool and one championship title won, and some of our fans seem happy to see the back of Malky :o I think some people would moan if they were season ticket holders at Barcelona.

I'd moan; it's a bloody long way to the Nou Camp from my house! :laughing5: :laughing5:

No I'd be happy then. I'd get to see some flair players.

I'm happy with Malky's contributions to Cardiff. He has made installed a great team ethic and got players working for the shirt. But his playing style does not fit this league. I can't see it changing until either;

A) He plays Noone consistently
B) Buys a proper winger who will go at players with trickey and pace.

But we have to wait until January if we want option B an how many points could we drop for being too narrow and reluctant to attack in the next two months?

Right now, if a manager who will try and play it shorter and not so deep were to come in I wouldn't cry over Malky leaving.

Noone isn't consistent enough! Gives the ball away far to much! don't think you realise how organised a Newley promoted team have to be to stay in the division come May these points were picking up away from home by playing ugly will keep us up! Can't believe how stupid some of our fan base is ! We've been playing with 2 experienced wingers in Bellamy and odemwingue yet noone is supposed to be the answer! We're not dropping points by being defensive we're gaining them

I respect malky and yes he has done agreat job no question about it but its the footballing style that I wouldn't miss and ive said it for 2 seasons now I back malky all the way but I want to play a different style because this style he plays now bores me to death

Noone will offer natural width which is something we need. How will giving width in our attack remove our defensive organisation? You really can't think that playing with 10 men behind the ball and lumping it to Campbell is going to work all the time? If it wasn't for David Marshall we'd have lost 4-0 against Norwich. Odemwingie is not a winger and Bellamy has no pace which is something he relied on in his earlier days. (Love the fact you don't even mention Whitts on the wing, no offence to him but he isn't quick enough out there) We have picked up 1 point in the last 3 games so explain how we're gaining them?

I can't believe how stupid some of our fans base are by blindly accepting 35m spent on defensive players.

You ought to be banned for using that avatar, it's like somebody's trying to twist your mind, like the old "Prisoner" tv program! :) :old:

Everyone is entitled to an opinion - but if you want Malky gone its a pretty poor opinion.

He is the guiding light of professionalism & stability in a current farcical climate created by Tan and his staff

He is noted as one of the biggest up and coming managers, taking us to the League Cup Final & Play Off Semi Final in his first year at the club (having built a squad from nothing) and in his second year with a bit of financial backing - took us up as CHAMPIONS and kept as at first place in the championship from November on wards.

He might not play the most attractive football, but we are Cardiff City not Arsenal, Chelsea or Barcelona and we cannot afford to choose attractive football over grinding out results in an ugly but efficient fashion - otherwise we go straight back down.

What other options would we have? Who would want to come to Cardiff after the whole debacle of Moodie's suspension from the club - not even adding into the equation that we are tipped for relegation this year.

Malky is our man and if we lose him then we are in the shit - fact not opinion (unless fergie comes out of retirement realizing that his life long ambition was to manage cardiff city)

Something I read a while back makes me think Malky will go on,if allowed, to the end of the season and then I expect both parties to reassess the situation.

It's an opinion, not a fact. You can not prove that we'd "be in the shit" if Malky were to be sacked.

What's great is seeing people who were begging MM to not go during the Iain Moody saga and now everyone wants him out. Fickle.

You say we woulda lost 4-0 if it wasn't for marshal but you coulda say that about any team any game! We defended well and kept them to just mostly long shots we actually had the best chance! For a club looking to stay in the division if we keep up our points per game ratio at the moment weel be safe! For a club in their first year in the league what more do you want go support barca!
