So if Malky...

So if Malky doesn't feel like he can set the team up to have a go at Norwich, is there any team he will he attack?

Can we expect a defensive shell when we play Palace?

We were pretty attacking against Fulham & Hull plus I think we gave it a go against Man City hence why we won 3-2. We've seen some pretty good football at times this season from Malky and the boys but seems lots of City fans on here are dwelling on the negatives.

For what it's worth (not much probably :laughing6: ) I thought he did start with a more attacking line up than normal for you today. The problem was you were completely and utterly overrun first half, bar that one chance for Mutch.

He obviously recognised this with the subs he made at half time and shored it up.

I've said for a while now that the real test for your team will come not against the likes of Man City or Spurs but against the teams in the bottom half when you have to open up a bit more. The fact that when you did today you were overrun, is not a good sign for you :thumbright:

Soccer AM asked Malky if they could have the team on to do the cross bar challenge. He told them no as the players aren't allowed to venture that far up the pitch.

Well yeah, but the problem to me is obvious.

He doesn't set the team up to press, which I just don't get.

Against West Ham, this tactic made Ginge look like a world beater. Some sort of libero - he had that much time on the ball!

Today it did the same for Bassong. Bizarre.
