FOR MALKY OR AGAINST

Sat Oct 26, 2013 5:19 pm

Now i know a lot of people hate malkys tactics but who would want a change now, which of you think he's not up to the task of keeping us in the premier?
I for one would give him a full season in the premier,he deserves that doesn't he?

You only get rid of a manager mid season if the players are not giving 100% for him.

Well we know that is not the case........

Maybe we need to look at the recruitment process....Oh wait...

Pulis left stoke and it wasn't because the players weren't playing for him,it was because of the style of football .

It's not about when he left, its why and the same could happen to malky.
Remember tans in charge and he expects to win every game.

FOR malky the passionate man but AGAINST malky for the style of football he has made us player for 2 seasons now, just about worked in championship but it wont work in the premiership and I fear TAN will SACK malky soon but I hope malky will show fighting spirit and actually change the style of football or atleast have ago at the lesser teams

Do you honestly think that Tan would give the great one a full season to take us back to the Championship?if you do ,i would suggest your deluded.......every game against Swansea is important for both sets of fans, but i would suggest its even more important for Mackay,if he loses the derby game, his arse is grass as they say

I think we need to judge him after 4-5 games against the bottom 10-11 teams. So far we have 5 away points which is pretty good. Only poor result that stands out is Newcastle at home and that was only because of a poor first half. Hope he learns his lesson and sets out the team like he did 2nd half. Forget the performance a point at Norwich is good as was a point at Hull and 3 points at Fulham was fantastic.

We came up from the championship with a workman like team. If this team tried playing attractive football then we'd still be in the championship. He bought quality in the summer i Caulker, Medel and Cornelius but these aren't enough to allow us change our style of play. Stay up this season I'd expect us to spend a similar amount on quality players to add to the quality we already have.

People expecting us to turn over Norwich have to have a reality check. They have some excellent players and spent well in the summer. Elmander and Van Wolfsinkel on the bench says it all. I reckon they'll finish mid table and wouldn't consider them relegation candidates. Bottom 5 will be between us, Palace, Stoke, Sunderland and Fulham. Hope West Ham and Villa can be dragged in as well.

What all those teams above have in common (bar villa) is none of us have a 15 a season goalscorer. Lets hope Cornelius hits the ground running otherwise I think money will need to be spent in Jan on a striker as well as a winger.

Agree. For Malky but against this awful football. How do we know that we couldn't be beating these teams if we don't give it a go. I don't want to fall out of this league with a whimper without giving it a crack. Sure I agree against the top 7 we should set up defensively but not every game no matter who we play.
