Cardiff City legends V Ton Pentre Saturday.

On Saturday Cardiff City Legends take on Ton Pentre Legends, In Ton Pentre, The game is for charity.

Only just found this out from the misses but she said there are some real legends playing. Kavanah, Jason Fowler, Jeff Eckhardt, Scot Young, Damon Searle and a load more. (Not sure who else) Anyone know?

Just putting this out there all for a good cause.

Saturday 26th, 1pm kick off.

Ah right kav is playing in a charity football game whilst the team he manages plays without him.

It's actually Sunday Oct 27th at 1.00, I'm amazed how poorly this game has been advertised in the Rhondda. As far as I know it's Pentre Primary old boys against City legends. The aim , I think, is to raise money/awareness about the fact that Pentre Primary has been earmarked for closure, so the local community are doing as much as possible to keep the school open. I guess Alan Curtis is involved, as he is from Pentre, in fact he probably went to the same school.

I agree, I was shocked that the players I grew up loving were playing across the road from me and I didn't know.

I hope it's Sunday because that's 2 days of Football I can get away with.
