Fulham eased to a comfortable win last night against Palace scoring two spectacular goals to put them 2 up.
If we had been in the same position last night I believe that it would have been very unlikely that any of our players would have taken those chances on. Fulham shot when they had the opportunity whereas from what I have seen this season we have given up many opportunities to shoot when players have been in or on the edge of the box with only the goalie to beat.
For some reason many of the players seem too frightened to shoot.Nothing ventured , nothing gained. Deflections, fumbles, etc. Wish MM would get the players shooting at every opportunity.

the situation is incomparable (if thats even a word)
for a start the second goal, i think anyone shoots in that situation after a deflection off the wall. The first goal was just special, no point even discussing it.

Agreed. I've always found it funny, watching the players have a 10 minute shooting practice in the warm up. Then during the game, the players choose not to shoot when in good positions.

Fulham away we battered there goal and was shooting alot to be fair, even chelsea saturday we got shots away, cech doing two world class saves aswell, its alot harder to score goals this year then it was last, this is why people dont think we shoot i think

Its funny as its one of the things Tan mentioned before
I do kinda agree this seasont though, so many times we get into good positions and then take that extra pass and lose it. We dont great enough to waste. I dont mean just shoot from anywhere because of a little space but at times we do some good work, find the space in a good area then make another pass and the space and chance is gone.
