Is Malky that good

My question to you guys out there is Malky really the right man for us. Don't get me wrong I am proud of what he has done for us. But feel he doesn't have that special something top managers have. I hope he see's out the season and I hope Tan doesn't get his way and Malky walks. Just want people's opinions.

hes done well but i dont think he can take us up another level which we need to do if we want to become a top 10 team ,we need a top high profile manager to do that with a plan b and to draw in top players

I agree with everything you guys have said. The amount of times we have needed pace on the wing in the last 10 minutes of a game to either get back into the game or to get the opposition worried and he's gone for shutting up shop. The problem is who do you replace him with. I think someone European. Would be worried if it was Zola or Di Matteo.

I think we should just stick with malky all season, we are not really a club who fires managers every year it's only fair to give him a crack. The next couple of months should tell us a little bit more tho about whether malky can cut it.

we were capable of taking something at chelsea and the newcastle game unsettled us. we were close to a point at spurs we could easilly be above hull city.

their is one spot for relagation in my eyes, and norwich stoke and hull are all evenly as bad as us.
I dont see a problem,
if we lose home and away then to united... it becomes a concern until then were good

He has done nothing wrong and we stopped everton and spurs at home, we took the lead at chelsea and were taking the game to them... id love to see stoke or hull city do that???

yes 16th or 17th would be great but malky wont get us in to a top 10 team playing like we do ,hes spent 45 million in two years with us, its his team his players ,if we lose to norwich this week we will be in the bottom 3 and tbh its not good enough ,hes been backed he needs to deliver

I'm not saying we will get relegated. It is a difficult decision to make, but he got us to the promised land and he deserves the chance to keep us there.

i dont know why everyone raves about malky, hes a decent manager, but nothing more for me. its about moving forward, and i dont ever really see us moving forward again under malky, he did an amazing job getting us here, but he was given a pot of gold to help him. Its just a question of having better lined up, if there isnt better, dont upset the apple cart.
