But feel he doesn't have that special something top managers have. I hope he see's out the season and I hope Tan doesn't get his way and Malky walks. Just want people's opinions.

I don't think he has what it takes to be a prem manager. He has the ideal style for a championship manager but not prem. look at the difference the Southampton manager has made, he's really pushing them onto the next level.

The amount of times we have needed pace on the wing in the last 10 minutes of a game to either get back into the game or to get the opposition worried and he's gone for shutting up shop. The problem is who do you replace him with. I think someone European. Would be worried if it was Zola or Di Matteo.

hes done well but i dont think he can take us up another level which we need to do if we want to become a top 10 team ,we need a top high profile manager to do that with a plan b and to draw in top players

Another level, Top 10? Is that we are expecting?? I would be happy if we finished 16th or 17th with this group of players. No manager with the current squad can play some sexy attacking football style!

Then keep looking fella.Someone said the other day if Malky was sacked or he walked he could probably fix himself with another job the same day.Regardless of some know it all fans Malky's reputation within the business by people who know what their talking about is astonishing considering he only been a manager for such a short time.I'd rather pay attention to them than some dull fuckwit on here.

i dont know why everyone raves about malky, hes a decent manager, but nothing more for me. its about moving forward, and i dont ever really see us moving forward again under malky, he did an amazing job getting us here, but he was given a pot of gold to help him. Its just a question of having better lined up, if there isnt better, dont upset the apple cart.

Fix himself in another championship job maybe. He wouldnt walk into another PL job thats for sure.
And is there any need to be so disgustingly abusive just because people dont share the Malky is God notion?
