Palace Fans

Mon Oct 21, 2013 7:29 pm

Think we need to take note of how good Palace fans are and try and make the CCS more of a fortress. They haven't stopped singing since the first whistle and even when Fulham scored, they have still outsung the away end. Our atmosphere is much better but it still isn't great. For example in the Canton we'll sing 'We Love You' once very poorly and then sing something else. Palace fans sing it like 4/5 times and it sounds class. Think we need to be like this.

Thought it was quiet (bits I saw). Fulham were trying to make some noise at one stage.

Ive been to Selhurst 3 or 4 times and its never seems very loud to me except one corner of a stand.

After Fulham scored their 2nd all you could hear is Fulham singing.

palace went silent. Was thinking to myself - 'Ultras' my arse, outsing by 'no-songs' Fulham.

I can see where you went wrong though, no-one expects Fulham to sing, but yes it was them all right, you could tell by the names of the players in the songs

Whatever else Selhurst Park might be, it's not a fortress. The so -called 'ultras' are, frankly, embarrassing. Went there last season. They have goal music, and cheerleader girls :? A completely artificial environment.

No wonder Millwall fans call them the Nigels.
