Why Is Noone On The Bench?

I cannot believe that Noone is being named every week on the bench yet he is till to play in the Premiership. Surely when you go down 2-1 away from home then nothing ventured & nothing gained. Give him a chance.
Likewise when we went 2-0 down to Newcastle, instead of playing 2 up front with Noone out wide, instead MM took one striker off for another. Could be far more adventurous against the weaker teams or when we are behind. Crying out for pace and width.

i agree....someone that will run at defence ..
