Even though we are in a higher league than when he played for us would you have him back now?

I would.

I think Maynard is a better player so I think he'd struggle to get a place on our bench, just my opinion

Put what about putting him on the wing?

the lads been unlucky, has one hell of a left foot and a finish, I think if he was supported by top class players from a younger age and had work rate no injuries. he could of been one of the best strikers in the country.

and yes I'd take any championship striker at this rate, we need a striker scoring goals at least once in 3 games thats not happening.
Ithought maynard was good

We don't want another championship player, there's a reason he's still in the championship.

Would certainly have him as third choice striker behind Maynard.

its silly why didn't we just go for charlie austin instead of an untested denmark kid.
or even jordan rhodes, as least they have a knack of goal scorers instinct,

I think austin has more potential than ricky lambert given his age and he (lambert) was top scorer within england last year

No.

Got talent but has he the quality to be a Premier League striker, I don't think he has.
