Neutral referees?

Someone mentioned to me at half time yesterday that having English refs in our games does us no favours. Not sure how you are finding life in the Premier League with regards to refs, but it did get me thinking.

Would both the Welsh clubs benefit from having referees from elsewhere?

I realise it won't happen, just a topic for discussion.

Could have refs biased against England? So same problem don't think get neutral refs in domestic football.ok in international games but that's different kettle of fish!

We both play in the Englsh leagues, so only right that we have English refs. Honestly think that decisions even themselves out over the season. We were unlucky yesterday, but, perhaps, a bit lucky home to Everton.

Used to be Welsh refs, (Clive Thomas), but not since the League of Wales was set up.
