Oh my God what a player and how didn't we get a sell on clause in his contract.

hate price tags with footballers but at the minute he's world class

let's hope he stays fit in the future

Re: WHAT PRICE ARRON RAMSEY

he'd definately be in my england team if he was english , thats gotta make him 20mill minimum., he would compliment gerrard massively and has all round ability not just a long pass like carrick.

Somehow we had to keep Ridsdale is the life he is accustomed too.

If we sold him now we would have got a better deal.

I think his mate Gareth's bale move to Real Madrid has help Ramsey become more focused, improving his game massively,I don't think even himself can believe his goal scoring record, carry on playing the way he is,it might be possible to have two welsh players in a Real Madrid side

we always said we sold him far too cheap. definitely gotta be the best part of a 20m player on his form so far. if he was english they would be absolutely jizzing over him!

20m my arse. The form he is in at present and bearing in mind he's still young its at least 40 for me young british goal scoring midfielders with an all round game aren't exactly in abundance. If we got 15m for joey??

On current form I'd rate him higher than Bale with 9 goals in 12 Premier and European games.

Depends on the buyer

Price tags on footballers is all down to circumstance, Bale would have gone for 40 - 50m next summer if he was to be sold as the demand wouldn't have been there. Perez needed a big signing after his break down with Mourinho to keep the fans on side, hence the massive transfer fee. The fee was a statement if anything and not a true reflection of Bales quality.

I can't see Ramsey leaving Arsenal with Wenger at the helm. Personally I would love to see Arsenal win the league this year, don't care if that makes me a plastic because we are in the same league but the shit Wenger has taken off the media and fans alike is ridiculous.

But hes only had this form for about 10 games. Last season he was a liability for club and country, so much so there was a discussion on here whether you could have him back here for £6m. :D

Hes doing well, but nobody can put him above or indeed anywhere near Bale.

He's been playing well since January but the media got distracted by Wilshere's return.

On every subject.

Whats the point in exaggerating or embellishing? He was crap last year for the majority, as was joe allen if that helps?

Confidence plays he key part, he was showing what he can do before his leg break. Never doubted him personally. Class act

Your talking about a 22 year old player who has had the sort of injury that finishes some player's careers. It was bound to delay his potential for a year or two as the injury came very early in his career when he still had much to learn. He now plays like a player of 27/28 who has both vision and maturity, yet is only 22.

Not true. I said that Cardiff fans viewed him through rose tinted glasses.

People were saying he was "world class" before he had actually shown anything to justify it.

Yep he is in excellent form at the moment but lets see him up against the top teams and see how he does before going overboard again.

Until he does it for a full season or two, and starts winning some trophies then putting him in the same breath as Zidane, which they did on MOTD Saturday night is absolutely ridiculous.

I mean, even this thread, people saying hes worth more than Bale

Im surprised no ones moaned about DJ not picking him in the final, that usually accompanies every Rambo thread.

Not having a go atall just curious of what you thought, You can see why cardiff fans seen him through rose tinted glasses tho when we knew he could produce this type of quality, comparing him to zidane is silly tho i agree! but IF he keeps this form up at the age of 22 hes gonna be world class no doubt.

Didn't really compare him to Zidane, he done some good trickery and just said it was something Zidane was good at doing.

In the Champions League Game he has played so far he has been top notch, hope he continues tomorrow v Dortmund.
