Bellamy today?

Sat Oct 19, 2013 9:58 pm

No Craig today - not even on the bench.

Past it?
Personal problems?
Two more full 90 minute games played for the clown Coleman in four days?
Didn't want to show John Terry up?
Waiting for the call from Tan to offer him Malky's job?
Injured?

Any of these reasons or any others?

Most likely lacking fitness after the Wales games.

He didn't train with the squad this week, he was doing his rehab programme with the physios

Perhaps he was porking Terry's wife whilst he was distracted. ;)

I find it pathetic that he plays in the wales games, then has to miss our club matches, cardiff are the ones who pay his wages,ok they were his last home and away appearances, but it also happened the last international round of matches

Answer is obvious really, when he plays or( used to play for wales),he did nt then appear for cardiff, and I didn't actually say it was pathetic he wanted to play for wales,it's pathetic he plays for wales, doesn't then play for Cardiff, who pay his wages-get your facts right

Re: Bellamy today?

He's always had knee probs, and he's just played two international games. I saw nothing to worry about whatsoever with the fact he didn't play yesterday, and I certainly see no reason to criticise him for not being there.

If anything, it would have been more pathetic to play for CCFC regularly and cry off on Wales games, like many others do. That's one thing you can't accuse Bellamy of - he works his bollocks off for club and country.

see cant stand people like you, its football not any old job, playing for your country is one of the greatest honours you can bestow on a sportsman and the honour is recognised by the players parent club.

just snipe snipe snipe because we lost at Chelsea at their home ground

the guy is retiring from international football to concentrate at Cardiff because hes not as young as he used to be and its still not good enough for the likes of you

grow a pair and respect a mans right to play for his country

Not nonsense at all.

A workplace would be honoured at such an accolade. For example, a teacher I know had the opportunity to go and represent their country in something... In his absence, the school had to pay for a replacement teacher to cover his absence - yet still were honoured that someone that represented their school was then able to represent their country in something.

Many other workplaces would be similar.

Spot on and I couldn't give two fucks if it was his last games for Wales.

It's hardly the curtain being drawn on a glittering international career. Wales are SHIT and have been for most of Bellamys caps.

Don Cowie is solid not the best player weve got but can do a job
