The ball wasn't in his hands when the player kicked the ball, Marshal had thrown the ball to the ground and the ball was on its way down ,or back up

End of the day, when you're a kid, the first thing they teach you about goalkeeping is to keep it in both hands. Marshall should have known better.
Surprised at that "rule" tho, as I was always taught that unless the keeper had it firmly in two hands, it was a free ball. Hence why you see professionals try to knock it off the keeper when he's just got it in one hand.

Marshall shouldn't have been bouncing the ball has no one to blame but himself. Honestly think we may have held on had we not gifted them there first goal.
