' Malky and Tan '

Thu Oct 17, 2013 6:25 pm

Putting this on here is not stirring because this is what i am led to believe is happening behind the scenes, probably not much of a secret to some anyway.

Malky didn't need the headache/pressure before tough games like Chelsea, Norwich and Swansea, it is hard enough as it is without all this going on.

Malky's agent is unhappy with everything that has happened and that's why he has been speaking out in the media.

There is no stirring here, no winding anyone up, its what I am told and I thought this all along, but had it confirmed to me yesterday.

I am led to believe that everything is not rosy in the garden between Malky and Tan and the next two weeks could be crucial to whether Malky stays.

In the board meeting on Monday, Malky insisted he wanted the final say on all transfers and it was Mehmet Dalman who convinced Tan that this should be the case.

Had Malky not got the guarantee that he would have the final say over the transfers then, I am told and I believe it, Malky was ready to walk.

In a fortnight Tan flys over ahead of the Swansea game and a meeting is arranged between Malky, Dalman and Tan.

This meeting will be the first face to face Malky and Tan will have had since the removal of Iain Moody.

Thumbs up to Mehmet Dalman keep up the good work and hopefully all will be resolved in two weeks and we beat the Jacks as well.

Dont think anyone believes it is happy behind the scenes fella we all know Malky is pissed off big time.

If Malky is not around in 2 weeks tantrum Tan will face a bigger backlash than he can ever imagine.

It's a strange scenario, because if Tan wanted rid of Malky then he would have said no someone else gets final say on transfers.
Then malky walks.

This is fair comment if you ask me and only a lunatic would think it was stirring.

My belief is Moody shouldn't have been sacked, but then again he did pull in a few odd 'uns which were basically a waste of cash.

If we hadn't been in the middle of an international break, this would have been a much smaller story.

No-one gets to be a billionaire by being stupid. I don't think Mr Tan is quite the simpleton that people seem to think. He obviously thought Moody had to go for the good of the club and the business. Whether he is right or wrong will be judged by what happens on the field, not the board room.

Baz, True, but not True as Tan does not want to part with a whopping £1mill just like that,he knows how to earn money and has no intentions of giving it away that easy.
