and by the way, the Wales players want Coleman to stay on as manager. Not the first to speak out about this, Neil Taylor:

He could win the world cup and people would still say "wouldnt have done it without Bale"

It's just a shame that our world ranking will not be reflected in the next set of tournament seedings. That really is a vicious circle that the national team needs to break out from.

This only means something when we go up the rankings. As soon as we move down its "FIFA rankings are bollocks!".

The real reason is like I said he's clueless, most international managers would have no problem getting a top club job,Coleman would struggle to get a job conference level, fact

We just need a bit of luck with the group and some continuity and commitment from the players. We do start to be showing some fight and togetherness and without Bale too.

We have been put in pot 4 for the Euros so could get a very favourable group with a bit of luck.

I just think now we are finally getting some results it would be silly to replace Coleman unless there is a world class manager available and willing to take over. The last thing we need is another new beginning and a manager of toshacks ilk and the squad having to get used to another manager and style and being no better off.

Im optimistic.

The premier league where he was a success at fulham, the segunda division and la liga where he was a success at Sociadad, a poor spell at Coventry in the Championship and an incredibly successful spell in Cyprus.

Successful at every club lol, another delusional jack, the guy is on £100,000 a year,in football that's peanuts,if he had an opportunity to manage a club side,he'd be gone like a shot, the only reason he's still managing wales is because,he's never had a offer

He was indeed, apart from Coventry.

In his last job the fans set up road blocks and protested at the rumours of his resignation (after a row woth the owner). He had won 14 of his 20 games only losing 2. Immediately after his departure the club lost 9 of its next 12 games. :thumbright:

He took Sociadad to 5th and prior to his departure had lost only 1 in his last 11 games.

For fulham, he took them to a top 10 finish (9th) as the youngest premier league manager when they were widely tipped for a dogfight. Al Fayed then went on to sell all their start (saha, boa borte, van der sar etc) and yet he still steered them clear of the drop yet Al Fayed had the Tan about him and still saw fit to pull the trigger.

Malky is on the verge of the sack and hes many peoples hero

his last job,o yes that massive club, erm what country and what were they called?,a bit like park football,no manager with any credibility would have taken a job on like that

Larissa in Cyprus. As i said, he was adored and won 14 of their 20 games losing just 2. Immediately after his departure the club lost 9 of 12.

If he failed at Larissa you would have a point. The fact is hes succeeded at every job bar one, and that was a Coventry side in utter turmoil that im not even sure Mourinho himself could have sorted out.

Its all well and good to bash Coleman, but at least make it for a reason of failing... Not succeeding

Sacked from both of his British jobs for poor performances & resigned from a freshly relegated club when he was only in 5th...

As for the Larissa job... Well, if you're basing his job prospects for Wales on an okay performance in Cypriot league...

He was sacked from Fulham for not fulfilling the unrealistic expectations of a loon chairman. In reality he did a superb job for Fulham which is noted by anyone with a modicum of footballing knowledge.

He didnt have a great time at Coventry admittedly. But that club was insane.

He did another excellent job at Sociadad who were in major financial difficulty after their relegation and still led them to the top 5.

And as we have said, he was superb at Larissa - one of the greatest runs in their recent history, the fact you call that "okay" says all you need to know :laughing6:

Sacked at both British clubs & an okay run at others, where he was probably expected to do better at Sociedad... You forget to mention that this wasn't in the top flight of course...

Larissa.. The fact that it was the Cypriot league says it all.. who won the Welsh Prem last season? Give the manager a call.. He's been more successful than Chris Coleman.. :laughing6:

As for the Wales job, I've seen nothing to convince me yet. He's not good enough. The FAW will keep him on though. Sadly.

IVE BEEN HIS BIGGEST CRITIC BUT SOMETHING SEEMS TO HAVE HAPPENED IN THE PAST 2 GAMES. FOR ME IT ALL COMES DOWN TO FINLAND FRIENDLY. IF HE CAN PROVE TO THE FANS HE CAN GET THE BOYS TO SHOW UP FOR A MEANINGLESS FRIENDLY AND GET A GOOD WIN THEN I SAY MAYBE GIVE HIM THE NEXT CAMPAIGN. AS LONG AS HE SHUTS UP AND DOESNT START ANYMORE ROWS, BUT I THINK HES LEARNT HIS LESSON THERE ALREADY.

Correct...but they don't need to fully praise him as much as they have and keep reiterating the fact that they want him to stay.

They've said it more and more throughout the qualifying campaign.
