WHATS THE NEXT STEP FOR TAN AND THE DEBT

Wed Oct 16, 2013 7:32 pm

There are many rumours what Tan is going to do next with the debt.

Many have said he will take over the club with 98% shares and then float us on the singapore stock exchange.

I am led to believe that any company has to be debt free for 3 years before they are allowed to float on the Singapore stock exchange so i cant see this happening for obvious reasons anytime soon.

I can see the debt to equity conversion happening soon though and Tans options then are to either sell to any interested parties or continue to run the club debt free.

Whatever option is chosen its surely good news for the clubs financial situation and ensure we have a stable and secure future for years to come.

Perhaps Since 62 can clarify wether i am right with regards to the Singapore stock exchange. :ayatollah:

Agree with you there. I cannot see how this is anything but good news for Cardiff City.
