Cheers for the link,I checked trip advisor and apart from a few dodgy reviews it does sound good, just checking if anyone on here had been for a more realistic opinion

We went to Holiday Village in Menorca a couple of years ago, and if you have kids it's great. Probably not the place to go for a couple looking at a relaxing break!

We had our second baby last week and we're looking at going to a Holiday Village next summer...great family break.

Have a good time!

Cheers,I try and not bother with these type of reviews, and just try and get a better view from people you know,I know its difficult to please everyone, but some reviews on these sites are unbelievable, they complain about how hot it was and how long it took to get there, like serious, how can that be the hotels fault

There's also a new one in Ibiza, I was looking at booking in to this one.

For those that have been to Holiday Villages before, which ones can you recommend?

Yes, if you have children then they are really good.

if its just you and the missus not really a couples holiday, defo geared up for familys.

Rhodes is the best one ive been to but I was lucky it was the first year it opened so it was cheap.

Its ridiculous price to go to the Rhodes one now.

Yeah that's the annoying thing about the Rhodes one.

Think we'll give the Ibiza one a go!

My mate has been to quite a few and thought Egypt was the best.

I swore I would never go to Africa on holiday again after a miserable experience in Tunisia when I was younger.

I've been to the one in Benalmadena, Paphos, Majorca (new one) and the new one in Ibiza. To be honest they're all pretty similar.

Two tips

If you fancy the one in Benalmadena, book direct with Sunshine.co.uk or someone similar into the Polynesia Hotel instead, better accomodation with full use of HV facilities. If you book direct you get a different colour wristband entitling you to branded drinks instead of the other stuff.

If you fancy the new one in Ibiza, try booking into the Sirenis Club Aura (next door) which is exactly the same as the HV and again shares all the facilities, It's just a smaller, nicer hotel.

We went there in May. My kids are 8 and 3 and it was outstanding, the place is really big and its about a 5 minute walk to a little village where there are a few bars, Irish, sports bar etc...
We were all-inclusive so didn't really need to go out of the complex.
You'll enjoy it I'm sure!!!!
