I think his role was a glorified head scout role where he'd conduct the transfers as well, he'd watch over a player, conduct a dossier etc of strengths and weaknesses, personal preference and all that. Then would sit down the player/meet the players representatives. That's what I think? He watched Cornelius three times that's all I know, I like Cornelius but to decide a player was worth 7.5m for a newly promoted side by three games is a major risk
