My mate who runs buses for away games with Leicester has now got the Tax man on his back, he has been doing it for about 6yrs, he had a letter on Saturday morning saying he hasn't declared the extra income and will now be investigating him 
, could be a fair bit of back tax to pay

If its self assessment then the burden of proof lies with him. Guilty until proven innocent in that regard. Shocking but true.
If found out of any wrong doing he'll most likely have to pay interest and penalty fees too.
