Since the day he walked through the door.
Malky joined the club when many were a bit underwhelmed at his arrival.
All the Talk of Shearah and Oniel,but the Scot left London and joined.
Handful of players at a training facility dominated by a rugby presence.
Several months later, we are at the same training ground,with large displays of Cardiff emblems and logos.
The Rugby players often stop what they're doing to watch the team train.
Work ethic and dedication from a team that fights till the last,just as the Man did in his playing days.
Some still aren't convinced, whilst others can only see his vision.
Whether you like or loathe Malky,one thing is for sure,No Manager has ever got what he has got out of a Cardiff Side.
Is Tan about to press the self destruct button?
