No doubt Malky and Raymond will have spoken and worded this very carefully.
If Malky decides his time is up or Tan pushes him then Vincent Tan will face a wrath from City fans and no matter how many threats of 'I will walk away and take my money with me!' will not wash with the fans.
I pray Malky is still manager when we play Chelsea.

Why? Well, it's forcing Tan's hand on the subject. You tell the story or I will.
I don't believe Malky wants to still be here now at the circus with those around him dismantling his good work and this will give him his way out with the payoff he deserves for what he has done for this club.
Tan so far, according to reports, wanted Malky to resign so he wouldn't have to pay him off.
I think Malky will finally get what he wants in the forthcoming days.
1) To be sacked - he'll get another job easily the way we walked to the Championship title last year
2) To get his pay off
He'll go with my full blessing not only for what he's done but for turning the screw and not being bullied.

MM knows all too well all the naive cash-rich football club owner syndrome that has plagued the game for the last 15 years and that itself is part of the pro-football business scenario. Venkys Syndrome. Its moved on. VT walks away sees loss of face and Ta Ta to millions. Possibly. He's not mega-rich and he knows it. I think that Mehmet Dalman will fill the gap here in terms of reality. Something like this was always going to happen and its actually happened at a point where we are strong i.e. not poor results and grim outlook despite investment. Its the timing that is interesting here as we are in the ascendancy and the underdog darlings of the PL. I am no closer to this than anyone else but my middle-age dogged experience and years in the City says follow the money. If Dalman is indeed the banker who is also football then there's your answer. MM's going nowhere and VT hopefully gets his Reality Cheque. Sort it out you clowns.

It's not that mate. Managers come and go, but Tan has shown that he is more than willing to meddle in team affairs. I also think that the appointment of the kazhak painter was an absolute piss take and he is basically saying I am doing this because I can!
If Malky comes out and says damning things about Tan after he has gone, would you believe tans side of the story or malky? I know who I would believe

For those of you who are old enough, can you imagine the likes of Shankly, Clough, Revie ETC, or in more recent times Ferguson, putting up with that sort of crap? I rate Malky highly, and respect his integrity, I wouldn't be surprised to see him walk. If he does, it'll be an enormous blow, and disrupt what has been so far, a fairly positive start to life in the PL.
I like the fact that 10% of the PL are Welsh, as long as we finish above you. I shall watch the outcome of tomorrows meeting closely, but if I were you lot, I'd not worry too much, as these things seem to happen with monotonous regularity. If this carries on you'll soon be known as the Teflon Bluebirds.
