Cardiff polo's..

My eldest turned 13 today and all he wanted was a couple of my polo's. My son was born deaf, he can't hear, he can't speak.. But he knows how to sign cardiff city songs. He knows his friends may be wearing red shirts right now, but he will wear blue and wear it proud.

Karl, my daughter was born with hearing difficulties but we were fortunate enough after wearing hearing aids and a couple of operations her hearing is now perfect.

Cheers Carl, yeah we went down the route of finding out if any operations for him. We were even told a couple of years ago that there may be an op, only to find out the day before we were supposed to go to Manchester for some scans of his brain.. That he was too old, and as the part of the brain was not used, it's not possible to get it working.. Saying all that I believe my son would have said no if offered the op.. He's amazing as he is.. Why change him.
