If Malky Decides he's had enough who will we end up with?
Knowing Tan it'll be a huge backwards step. For me that dreaded name Coleman springs to mind.
For all our sakes Malky don't make a rash decision.

If he was going to walk he'd have done it by now. As soon as a good job is offered he will be off.......like all fellow managers.

Malky will lose a lot of compo if he does walk so I can't see him doing that. But if we are managerless soon (I think we will) I'd like us to go for someone foreign not the typical names that get linked with jobs. But with Tan in charge who knows who would be manager.

He won't walk. He'll just force Tan's hand and turn the screw to make Tan sack him so he gets his pay off. He's a clever man Malky and he wont let himself be bullied by Tan. Thats what I believe the 'you tell the story or we will' is for. Its to make Tan act.
I don't believe Malky still wants to be here managing under Tan who's the clown in this entire circus act. However, I do believe he wants the payoff he deserves. Whats the best way to get that? Force Tans hand until Tan sacks him.
In response to who would I want to replace Malky?
Di Matteo - Why? I believe he has a similar solid setup to Malky defensively which will help transition but understands the concept of counter attack and balance more. At West Brom their play at times was so fluid and they were romping to victories at times and we need something similar here.
We could get in a new manager with a complete new ethos but for a newly promoted team which is arguably in the weakest 5 teams in the league it would be a massive risk. All we need is a manager who can take what Malky has done and add to it and make the necessary changes in a way Rodgers did with what Martinez and Sousa imposed on Swansea. Martinez was very attacking with good passing, Sousa was too defensive - Rodgers struck the perfect balance.

I dont think it will be that simple lads. Unless Tan makes a huge u-turn tomorrow I think he will now lose the support of the reluctant reds.
I sincerely believe that now is the time to push for the return of blue.

If Malky spills the beans against Tans wishes he'll be fired for gross misconduct and wont recieve a penny

No. He'll push Tan as far as possible and get fired. The payment will be made. Then Malky will spill the beans.
Benitez did that at Liverpool against those American owners so would be no different I assume.

I'd love a fluid football manager but we can't just throw that on the players. It's sort of the phase Stoke are going through, they're experimenting but sometimes not getting results. They don't want hoofball, they want to play it on the floor. Unfortunately this season is our most important, we need stability. If Malky is gone we will go down not because of Malky's management/tactics, we'll go down because we'll be lost in how to play whoever we bring in. Malky loves the longball tactic, he never shows any fluency, we haven't won convincingly in a long time if not ever under Malky. Maybe Forest and Blackburn pass for that? But still. We can't expect a miracle worker whoever comes in and replaces Malky. We've got to get behind him ASAP
