Perhaps he might be the one to bring some sanity to this sorry mess?
He has a pretty good reputation in the investment banking world and won't want this hanging around him as chairman.

Didn't he have a problem with a company he was chairman of recently?

Pat Murphy seems to think he's our only hope. Supposedly him who's called Monday's board meeting and ordered Lim to come back from Malaysia.
